The building has been design with in mind the needs of integrating avant-garde principle of sustainable design where the complex operations in enclosed in a double skin green wall which want to be a manifesto and a breeze soleil at the same time. The strong clean lines and streamlined tectonics resemble the unique full flavored distinctive character wine produced from the harvest of NEGRAR grapes.
