Situated on the fringes of the gap facing the Mt Coot-Tha Forest, the existing garage roof was replaced and the house was extended with a polished concrete deck. The small addition utilises and uses existing timber trusses.

The extension creates a seamless interaction between the interior and the westerly views where the residents can relax or entertain.
