The project is a refurbishment and extension of an existing concrete structure in Springwood. The design takes existing façade elements and extends them further to meld the original building and new structure into a harmonized whole. An industrial aesthetic is achieved through the interiors by exposing all services, with yellow air ducting as a focal point.
